Issue:
For longtime users of QuoteWerks still using an older version and build, the process of updating to the latest release should be performed in stages. This process is outlined below.
Note: As with any major updates we recommend performing a backup of QuoteWerks before proceeding.
Update to 4.0 Build 51.01:
1. Download QuoteWerks from our website onto any workstation on your network:
https://www.quotewerks.com/download/archives/qw4b5101.exe
2. Launch the install program and select the option to update QuoteWerks. At this point you will need to provide your Serialized Update Key
3. QuoteWerks should automatically detect your QuoteWerks Directory (folder). Please double-check the path is correct. If so - continue.
4. QuoteWerks will now upgrade you QuoteWerks Directory
5. When it is done, it will run the Node Installation Program on the workstation performing the upgrade.
6. When the Node installation is complete, open QuoteWerks at least once and allow it to update its table structures.
Update to 4.5 Build 1.01:
1. Download QuoteWerks from our website onto any workstation on your network:

2. Launch the install program and select the option to update QuoteWerks. At this point you will need to provide your Serialized Update Key
3. QuoteWerks should automatically detect your QuoteWerks Directory (folder). Please double-check the path is correct. If so - continue.
4. QuoteWerks will now upgrade you QuoteWerks Directory
5. When it is done, it will run the Node Installation Program on the workstation performing the upgrade.
6. When the Node installation is complete, open QuoteWerks at least once and allow it to update its table structures.

2. Launch the install program and select the option to update QuoteWerks. At this point you will need to provide your Serialized Update Key
3. QuoteWerks should automatically detect your QuoteWerks Directory (folder). Please double-check the path is correct. If so - continue.
4. QuoteWerks will now upgrade you QuoteWerks Directory
5. When it is done, it will run the Node Installation Program on the workstation performing the upgrade.
