Our company has two licenses. One of my coworkers took my license by accident, and now I can't kick him out of it in order to get it back. How do I kick him out of QuoteValet to re-allocate the license back to my username? 

As I understand it, once a User has a QuoteValet License allocated to them, that's it for the day - the license can't be reallocated. The license allocation gets renewed each day and so by the time you reading this, you'll probably be able to get access again!
