The current deliver window does not have re-sizable columns and text that overflows the visible area does not have a tooltip to see what it says - a screenshot is shown below. For a better user experience, either allow the columns to stretch to fit the text, particularly since the file name and type will never need to be too much longer than what they are - to make the Name more visible please.
