The ability to have customers view active quotes is wonderful. The problem is if I have a quote that I have in draft form that I am not ready for the client to see yet. It is not uncommon that I will put a quote together and upload it into QV to make sure that I have all the lines displaying the way I want it to. For example I will want to confirm that all lines that I want not to print are hidden, that the right items have the quantity set to be changeable, and many other things that I check for after uploading my draft to QV. I would not want the customer to see the quote while it is in this draft stage.

Or are you maybe talking about the automated emails that QuoteValet sends in situations like Not Viewed Yet.
If so, turn those automations off?
