I have referred them to the Reporting available from the Dashboard but .... "they prefer the interface of the web page than the reporting dashboard".

I think their problem is that the 'All' option is missing from the Executive Summary also.

This has, in my experience, always been down to user permissions.

Sorry, if there is a misunderstanding. It is an option for ALL quotes in the period rather than for ALL users' quotes.
