In the desktop product, under Tools > Options > QuoteWerks Web - does everything test ok there?

Yup, so QuoteWerks can't 'see' the SQL database.
Typically, this would be firewall related. Although, I've no experience with the mx-64.

Getting the following error when trying to connect to web. "Unable to connect to Quotewerks database. login unsuccessful." When I test the tenant account it works fine in license manager. I am using a Meraki mx-64. Quotewerks support is saying we have something blocking it. Is anyone using an mx-64 that could provide some assistance. Thank you.
