Subtotal INC shipping BEFORE tax

There isn't a variable to add that includes this. You'd either have to do some JQuery calculation to add that together OR (the easier way) add Shipping as a line item on your Quote.

Is there an QV HTML variable for the subtotal (before tax) PLUS the shipping?
We want to show the client our total inc shipping before tax. However, even with Shipping being marked as taxable, QV doesn't want to add the Shipping to the Subtotal.
Is that possible?
