QuoteWerks Support Portal

Can someone point me in the right direction of where to find how to change the QuoteValet branding to our company branding for the emails that the customer receives? I tried changing the defaulttopbanner and defaultletterheadlogo files under site files but the email template is still generated with the QuoteValet branding marks.

Tools menu -> Options option -> QuoteValet tab -> QuoteValet Setup button -> Templates tab -> select Template Type "Notification Email" and "Acceptance Confirmation".
