Were these once Remote Users and so ha a different Document Prefix to the Master installation?
Yes, they were.
No concept of remote users in QWW, so everyone uses the same prefix when a quote is generated there.
We'd need a query, or a script, run on the database/master installation to 'correct' these.
Could the Users be retrained to filter by the Sales Rep or Prepared By fields to view their own documents instead?
We could try, but these folks are of old age and it is hard for them to get used to new procedures.
Ref. screenshot below: there are some setting for the Open Document windows that might help - MyActiveDocuments, My Documents, MyRecentDocuments and DocumentsPreparedByMe.

Hello,
My company's end users have a problem with their quotes. They have been used to tracking their quotes via the documents prefix number which is present in the client version. However, after migrating to the web. There isn't an option to select a prefix number for an independent user. Changes applied to the prefix number via options/ installations (Master?) affect everybody.
Is there a way we could add this feature to QuoteWerks Web?
