I am trying to do my first import and I am looking for a new Template with all the headers so I can start filling in all the pertinent information. Where can I get this from?

Quickest way would be to export an existing product database 

(Products > Setup Product Sources > Right-Click > Export)

This gives every possible field in the database and is more a case of identifying what you don't want to use, than what you do.
