Customer Approved Quote but Made a Mistake

A customer approved a quote via QuoteValet but made a mistake in his selection(s). Is there an easy way to address/correct this problem or reset and re-submit for approval?


Once it's been accepted, you'd need to duplicate the quote and resend.

You can't (at least easily) 'unaccept' a quote.

Thanks, Matt, I was hoping for a simpler and easier solution, duplicating was plan B.
