Any way to have the EXE running on a second computer instead of a shortcut?

I am trying to install QuoteWerks onto a different computer.

I was successful by running the node installer. But the issue is its a windows terminal server with RemoteApp. RemoteApp has issues running programs over the network.  Any way for me to have the exe running on the second computer?

Perhaps setting up a Remote User might be an option for you...? More details here.
