Someone here asked if we can set the "due Date" default to update when quote is converted to order? For example, someone writes a quote on 2/1, we have a default due date of 10 days set up so the due date here would be 2/11. The client finally orders on 4/15 so the quote gets converted but the due date remains 2/11 instead of updating to 4/25 which would be the desired action. Production sees the old due date and gets confused. Is there a setting to "fix" this?
QuoteWerks doesn't update this field.
It is possible to do this with a script, however.
I have clients doing similar things with updating dates based on quote revisions and the like.
