How to copy one installation to another

If you're looking to replace "installation 2" with the data from "installation 1", this sounds about right. Some files might need to be copied over from the QW folder, such as layouts.

I have 2 QW installations (same version levels) and I would like to copy all settings/users/data from the first to the second.
Would I:
- Follow these steps for backing up:

- Copy the source SQL database to a new database
- Run 'medic.exe' to point at the newly created destination database
- Run the license manager and add the proper license
I would do a backup of the destination installation first; however, are there any files I wouldn't want to overwrite?
