I think it would be in the best interest of the customer to have the SugarCRM Notes which contain the QW Quote PDF document to be related to the actual Opportunity within SugarCRM.
Right now, the Opportunity is created inside SugarCRM automatically by the QuoteWerks integration, but the Note containing the actual QW Quote PDF document is simply attached to the Account and NOT the Opportunity. This means that the user has to go into SugarCRM and directly create this association after the document has been created by the automated integration.
It would be nice to have the same Opportunity association list that is presented in the "Save Quote As" dialog below:
