Hi Paul - in the actual Quote/Order document, on the Sale Info tab, do you have a payment option set? If the quote was created prior to v5.3 b4.08, it didn't require that a payment option be set if a deposit was required. However from that build on, if a quote has a deposit required, it requires a payment option. To remedy the message your customers are getting, simply go to the Sale Info tab of the Order document and add PayPal as a payment option. You can also set this to be the default for any new quotes under Tools --> Options --> Payment.
We have had Paypal Express Checkout working via QuoteValet for years. Recently, when a client attempts to pay via credit card for approved orders they are seeing "QuoteValet Payment Processing is not configured for this payment option. Please contact your salesrep for assistance"
I have reviewed our Paypal API settings and confirmed that they are all correct and nothing has changed.
Anyone else run into this issue?
