 I wonder if anyone has any suggestions.  I want to assigned a Sales rep number against all users for example John Doe = 20 and then i need to populate this against each order this sales rep takes in a custom text field ie &QWDI_CustomText14  Does anyone have any ideas how i could achieve this?

This could easily be achieved with a script. Actually, I have one up my sleeve that might do just the trick.
