I spoke to both John and Brian about this at the QW summit.
When adding products from AT's db, Quotewerks does not pull in our default vendor info, it shows the vendor as "AutoTask". This is an issue because it prevents us from being able to place orders through QW's purchasing module.
Etelize also cannot be utilized to get real time information on costs and in-stock quantities.
Even if I manually set the vendor to the preferred vendor for each product in QW it does not pull the vendor product# into Quotewerks.
For clients that do their procurement through Autotask, having to go back to the QW document to identify the vendors is a step that shouldn't be necessary.
