Take a look in tools/options/quotevalet/QuoteValet setup/activity notifications.. Any options in the first drop down?
we do not use quote valet. thanks anyways

Build 6 contains new options around email templates, including ability to CC/BCC common types of email QW generates. Perhaps that could help? Been very useful for some of my clients.

is it possible to have the peer approval email always include an additional email address as well as the email address of the person requesting the peer review.
when the quote is approved we would use this additional email address to always send the approval to a sales administrator for processing. currently only the salesman requesting the approval receives notification of approval.
