Hi all,

I can't seem to understand why when I change my Shipping AMount manually, to say 25, if i have 3 line items when i print the quote it shows up as a 75 on shipping amount. I use DocumentHeaders->ShippingAmount to display on my quote. Should I use DocumentItems->ShippingAmount instead or maybe something else?

I suspect the summarization type on that field is set to 'Total'.

Right-click -> Format on that field and you'll see a summarization type drop-down at the bottom. Set that to 'Value'.
