Sometimes what happens is that the sales rep forgets to include something in the order until after it has reached shipping and the order has been printed and in packing process. Then that rep would modify the order, but not tell the shipping of the modifications to the order until after it has been shipped.
So I would like to know if there is a way to be able to notify specific users (ie the shipping staff) that an order has changed (ie saved in quotewerks)
There's nothing automated out of the box, but training the Shipping Staff to search Documents using "Last Modified" might help?
