Hi Olly,
On the machine(s) in question:
C:\Program Files(x86)\QuoteWerks
With QW closed, run QW Launch, I suspect you'll find multiple instances in there.
Right-click and remove (or uninstall, or something..) the non-live installation.
Restart QW and that should sort it.
Hi Matt
We don't have that folder here (x86 or not) and QW Launch isn't in the sync'd folder in Sharepoint.
Olly
Hi Olly,
Ignore the sync folder, this is on the C: drive of the machine itself.
Sorry, gave you slightly the wrong folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\QuoteWerks
I love that two years later I needed to know the answer to this, googled, and found my own post. It's like finding a letter in a bottle from a previous time :)

Anyone know how to resolve the "more than one quotewerks installation is registered" error?
I think someone has run the NSETUP program from different locations perhaps.
Is there a regkey to tidy up before we try again?
Olly
