Microsoft 2016 CRM Email Accounts Not Linking In QW

Currently QW is unable to see all email addresses linked to an account in Microsoft CRM.  Can you please fix this?  It currently requires the email addressed be entered as a Contact.  It use to work in Microsoft CRM 2015.

Ref. screenshot attached: you can pull through the Account and/or Contact EmailAddress2 & 3 fields using the QW Contact Manager Setup -> DataLink Setup features.
