Optional items that are automatically selected if another optional items is selected

It sounds like you have a group (containg ProductA and ProductB) and also ProductB standalone.
Could you:
[Checkbox] Optional Group containing ProductA+B
[Checkbox] Optional ProductB

Long story short, I sell an optional product, if that product is selected, then a another product must be selected as well. I would just group these 2 items, but the 2nd product could be selected on its own. I have on the quote that if the 1st product is selected, then the 2nd must be selected also, but I would love for this to happen automatically and not have to rely on the customer to choose both products. Is this possible? Thank you!
