I am new to administering our Quotewerks system, so this may be a simple question.

When we are sending a Quote for Peer Review, Next to the CC: line, there is a Dropdown box that has a list of users that we can send a copy of the notification. 

I need to make some changes to the list to delete some people and add some others.  Where is this file that I can make the modifications to it.

As in this screen, hitting the button circled in red, selecting 'Manual Recipients List'?
