QuoteWerks Support Portal

When I export a quote from QW to ZOHO, CRM, QUOTES I am missing almost all information in ZOHO.  QW also states that if the parts on the quote are not in zoho, you can add the parts from the quote.  That does not seem to work either.  Any thoughts?
