Removing inactive customers from 'Search for Contact' drop down

In Autotask, you can move old customers to 'inactive' status so they do not show up when you search 'active' customers. QuoteWerks only looks at 'customers' in Autotask so when you search for a customer in the 'sold to/ship to' tab, ALL the customers (active and inactive) show up in the search. Is there a way to only include 'Active' customers in this search? Thanks,
