QuoteWerks Support Portal

I was setting up a new user today and I noticed that Quotewerks is ignoring the paper tray settings that I have setup in the File>Printer Setup... section of the layout designer. This is a problem because our different printouts are supposed to print to specific printers and specific trays. This used to work, but I am not a regular QW user so I am just noticing this today. Any insight? We are running build 1.08 of version 5.3. We are using Windows 10, but the "allow windows to manage your printers" is not enabled. There is no combination of settings that will get this to work other than changing the printer and tray every single time you print.
