Depending on the number of lines, if the length of the items section hits just wrong, the report footer containing closing remarks and signature can run over the page footer.  I've tried suppressing spaces on the form and changing the sizes of the areas a little, but don't understand.  I've attached a pdf example.

I've seen this in the past a few times and tried things such as including a white line (so invisible) just below the lowest item in the report footer.

adding a line didn't work, but adding a text box with white text did.  As always Matt, thank you for the help.  You are the best.
