I am looking to do a conditional font where the group GroupHeader prints in a red color. Ideally, I would love it to be like how the group prints now but I'm looking for it to show what items are in the group and what the heading is.

I'm not following, let me try.

You have a Group Header.
You have multiple Group Members.

You want the Group Header to have FontAttribute X
You want the Group Members to have FontAttribute Y

Why not use different detail sections in the layout editor? That, in my view, is far simpler and easier to maintain way of doing things. My default templates have about 14 different detail sections depending on how I want things to display based on it being things like Group Headers vs Group Member.
