Hi Dean! You actually do have the ability to use and customize purchase order layouts. If you open the Print, Share, Publish, Deliver window there is a button under filter by called Purchase Order. If you click on that button and you installed samples when you installed or upgraded, you should see a Purchase Order (Standard) .fpc file. This is a sample purchase order layout that we include, but you can clone it and customize it to your needs using the same layout designer tool as with quotes. Alternatively, you can build a new one from scratch, but I always like to suggest starting with the sample as a foundation.
See below for a screenshot that shows you how to get to the Purchase Order layout. I hope this helps. If you have any specific questions I suggest giving support a call. They are very knowledgeable on layout design and can assist in a number of ways.
Best Regards,
Josh
Josh, the query relates to display specific line types that aren't included with PO layouts.
This crops up once every 5 years across my client base, where they want things like heading lines (perhaps to group by building) to appear on POs.
Definitely a feature request.
Thanks for chiming in here Matt. I understand what is being asked now. My apologies Dean. Matt is right - this is something our team needs to look at. Good thing - it's in the right place as our team reviews these requests regularly while exploring new features to add.

It would be great to have the same functionality and options you have for Quote Layouts in the other layour types, especially Purchase Orders. We could then use the information (headings, sections) in our Purchase orders as we do with our Quotes and make it easier for our Tradies / Suppliers to read the detail in the PO.
