Multi-Line DocumentItems in a form...

Looking for guidance on how to insert multiple instances of a DocumentItem (ManufacturerPartNumber) and allow it to populate each instance of it in a proposal.


Example...


I have inserted the field three times and my proposal has three different items.  However, what happens is the first item in the list populates three times.


I will be putting "ManufacturerPartNumber" next to "Description" and my goal is have it input as many parts & their respective descriptions as there are in the proposal.


Side note and maybe for a different topic but I'm also looking to line item out when I have multiples of a particular item so that when I do, it makes separate lines for them.


Lastly...  I'm looking to exclude anything that is considered a labor item.

From the screenshot, I am assuming this is PDF Layouts. You should have to just put the Manu Part# and Description fields onto the Layout in a Detail Section - it should then repeat for each Line Item on the Document being rendered.


Ref. excluding Labor Items - try using the Detail Section Filters.
